This notice covers the public Captain Copilot website. It does not cover your organisation's Microsoft 365 services.
Optional website analytics
If you select Accept analytics, we load Microsoft Clarity to help us understand how people use this website and improve it. Clarity provides usage analytics, heatmaps and session recordings of interactions such as page views, clicks and scrolling. It can use cookies and collect technical information about your browser and device. Website interaction data is sent to Microsoft Clarity and is available to the people managing this site's Clarity project.
Clarity does not load unless you accept. We request analytics storage only, not advertising storage. This site's use of Clarity is for understanding and improving the website, not advertising.

You can accept or decline analytics without losing access to this website, its videos or downloads. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. If you withdraw consent after accepting, the page reloads without Clarity. Withdrawal does not undo data already collected.
We save your choice in your browser's local storage under captain-copilot-analytics so you do not have to choose on every page. This preference is separate from Clarity's analytics cookies. Clearing this site's browser data removes the saved preference. If your browser blocks preference storage, your choice may not persist between visits.
The downloadable game
The downloadable game and customer ZIP do not contain Clarity tracking. Installing the game on your organisation's SharePoint site does not send gameplay data back to this website's project team. Your organisation's own Microsoft 365 privacy policies still apply.
