Captain Copilot
Analyst. As far as anyone knows, the Admiral operates a small stationery company, Triplicate & Co., from his home in a small village just outside London. But HQ suspects this is a cover for something sinister. Quill searched his bins and found a staff handbook. Not for the stationers but for something called the Department of Adjustments. Nobody at HQ has heard of it.
Our first task is to find out where this mysterious Department operates. The handbook might contain some clues. But it’s huge and so, so boring. No one would ever read all of it. But Copilot can read it for us!
Let me share my screen, and I’ll show you how. (He shares his screen.) First, click “Download handbook”. It’s just below this call. Open the file. It will open up in Word. If you see a yellow bar at the top, click “Enable Editing”. Now click the Copilot button. It’s the round one, in the bottom right-hand corner. The Copilot pane opens. Type your question in the box, and press Enter. Right. I’ll stop sharing.
Now it’s your turn. Ask Copilot questions about the staff handbook. Start by asking where the Department of Adjustments is based. Then ask how to get an appointment with the Admiral. Good luck. I’m going back in the pool.

When Word opens
